Pace N Space Academy ("PSA," "we," "us") operates the PSA Portal to let parents register athletes for programs, manage billing, and communicate with coaches and schools. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how it's protected.
What we collect
From parents: name, email, phone, and mailing address. From athletes (provided by a parent, not collected directly from the child): name, date of birth, grade, emergency contact information, and any medical notes or allergies the parent chooses to share. We do not collect payment card numbers ourselves — those go directly to Stripe, our payment processor, and we only ever see the resulting billing status.
How we use it
To run registration and billing, to give coaches accurate rosters and emergency contact information for the athletes in their care, to send program updates and announcements, and to calculate what schools and coaches are owed from program revenue.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payment processing), Mailchimp (email communication), and the partner school where your athlete is enrolled (roster and emergency contact information only, for the coaches and staff assigned to that school). We do not sell your information or your athlete's information to anyone.
Children's information
Athlete information is provided to us by a parent or guardian, not collected directly from children. Only PSA staff assigned to an athlete's school or program can see that athlete's information.
Your choices
You can update your contact information and your athletes' information any time from your dashboard, and cancel a registration whenever you'd like. To request a copy of your data or have your account deleted, contact us using the details below.
