These terms cover your use of the PSA Portal, operated by Pace N Space Academy ("PSA"). By creating an account or registering an athlete, you agree to them.
Registration & billing
Registering an athlete starts a monthly subscription at the price listed for that program. Your card is billed automatically each month until you cancel. Canceling from your dashboard stops future billing, and your athlete keeps access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
Program participation
PSA programs involve physical activity and carry the ordinary risks of youth sports participation. By registering an athlete, you confirm the information you provide (including emergency contact and medical information) is accurate, and you authorize PSA coaches and staff to seek emergency medical treatment for your athlete if you cannot be immediately reached.
Account responsibilities
Keep your login credentials to yourself, keep your contact and billing information current, and let us know right away if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.
Changes to programs
PSA may adjust program schedules, pricing for future billing periods, or coaching staff as needed, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes in advance.
